FAQs
-
Spiritual healing works with the energetic and soul aspects of your being - the parts of you that conventional therapy or medicine may not address. It's about clearing blockages, retrieving lost parts of yourself, and reconnecting with your authentic power.
-
No specific beliefs are required. What matters is your openness to the process and willingness to explore. The work speaks for itself - you'll know if it's right for you based on how it feels and shifts in your inner and outer world.
-
While therapy works with thoughts and emotions from a psychological perspective, spiritual healing works with the energetic patterns and soul aspects that create those thoughts and emotions. They complement each other, but spiritual work often addresses causes that traditional therapy can't reach.
-
Absolutely not. One of the core principles of this work is complete non-judgement. Whatever you bring - your experiences, struggles, or questions - is welcomed. There's nothing "too dark" or "shameful" to explore.
-
No. While I honor all spiritual traditions, this work isn't tied to any specific religion. It draws from ancient wisdom traditions but is accessible for people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
-
If you're asking this question, you'd be ready. The main requirement is willingness to look at your patterns with grace and compassion. The work will only go as deep as you're comfortable with.

I offer sessions in person or remote online.
Each session is unique and driven by your intentions. For clearings, you rest while I work with spirit to clear your energetic field. For constellations, we sit together and explore patterns and connections. For coaching, we discuss whatever feels most important. For in person, sessions are held in a sacred space. -
Just come as you are. I'll send specific preparation instructions when we schedule your session, but generally, it helps to avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for 48 hours prior to your session.
-
Everyone responds differently. Some feel immediately lighter and clearer, others need time to integrate the work. It's normal to feel emotional, tired, or energised - all are part of the healing process.
-
Scepticism is important and welcomed. I love working with those who ask questions. Come with an open mind but stay true to your discernment.
