Terms & Conditions for Spiritual Healing Services

By submitting the take form and agreeing to work with Lachlan Gayed (Deeper Current), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

NATURE OF SERVICES:

The services provided are spiritual/energetic healing sessions, not medical treatment. This work is intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care or mental health treatment. If you have any medical or psychological conditions, please continue working with your healthcare providers.

HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Please read this carefully as it contains important information about your safety. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge entering into a service agreement with Lachlan Gayed.

You should NOT book a session if any of the following apply:

• You have been recently hospitalised for mental health conditions

• You are currently in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm

• You have uncontrolled rage or anger outbursts

• You are pregnant (please discuss alternatives)

• You are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

If any of these conditions apply, please seek appropriate professional support first.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Arrive ready and on time for your scheduled session

Abstain from alcohol and recreational drugs 48 hours before your session

Send a recent photo via email before your session (details provided upon booking)

Take full responsibility for your own healing process and wellbeing

Seek additional support if needed - I am not available for crisis support outside scheduled sessions

REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING:

Full refund available if you cancel 2 weeks before scheduled time

Rescheduling available up to 1 week before scheduled time

No refunds or rescheduling available within 1 week of session

No-shows will not receive refunds

LIABILITY:

Your safety is my priority, but you are responsible for making final judgments about whether the environment and situation are safe for you to participate. I am not responsible for any negative effects related to participation in these sessions.

You take full responsibility for yourself and your healing process. If you need additional support, please book another session or seek appropriate professional help.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

The methods and information shared come from the White Dragon lineage and represent sacred teachings. Please respect these teachings by not sharing or using this information without proper training and permission.

PRIVACY:

All information shared in sessions is held in complete confidence unless there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

AGREEMENT:

When completing the intake form, this is an agreement to the following:

• I have read and agree to these terms and conditions

• I understand that this work complements but does not replace professional medical or mental health care

• I take full responsibility for my wellbeing and healing journey
